Agree with Hells. I played the first one with my headphones on and late at night. The 2nd was OK but near the middle I was just rushing through to hurry up and beat it.

So a game like demons souls needs gazillions of dollars to make? Nope. Low buget, great game, take a note EA. Not every game needs massive flash and cut scenes. Sometimes, th simplest formulas work best.

I just spent the entire weekend downloading all these games. inFamous 2, R/C and LBP2 were total scores. I might do Just Cause 2 again, but I think I got bored with it when I played it a year ago. I think Space Marine sucked, too.
Regardless, I just got 3 free games for 50 bucks and have 12 months for whatever other goodies they put up there.

True, but if Infamous 2 ran in 1080p at 60fps with no motion blur or jaggies it would be jaw dropping. That's what I want, BOTH worlds.

The last splinter cell game was an abortion. All the new elements and ones they took out made it an abomination of a game.
Er, it was on a pc using nvida and the controller was just that, a controller. I love my ps3 but if u think it is capable if that much dynamic lighting, rain physics and no pop in your ps3 has triple the cell power mine does.

That 10 minute WatchDogs video made me crap my pants. I am so burnt out on FPS and hastily thrown together games. This is what I have been waiting for. Take the graphics of Heavy Rain, add the map of GTA and add the ambiance of Deus Ex.

I prefer to look at it like a Jim Morrison situation. Sometimes, people that creative cannot stay in one place too long. Their whole existence is to be a nomad and wander around dropping their ideas wherever they may be at that time.
Most creative people simply cannot handle the actual logistics of getting their ideas to the mass market. They have a vision of art, they execute it and need others to help get their product out to the world.
Good news! Uncharted 2 litrtally froze up on my every 5 minutes. I uninstalled updates, reinstalled, discon from psn to no avail. I wanted to plat the game so bad. Hopefully this will work for me!
